The Cognitive Hack

Why the smartest people make the dumbest decisions—and how to stop it.
Cognitive biases. Emotional triggers. Pattern blindness. You can’t see them, but they run the show.
We’ll show you how to interrupt them—and how to use them.

Invisible Influences

Everything affects you. Especially the things you don’t notice.
What makes people trust? Decide? Act? It’s rarely logic. It’s the subtle, the unspoken, the invisible.
We’ll make the invisible… unforgettable.

NeuroRitual

How modern minds still run on ancient wiring.
From ritual to routine, the way we frame actions changes how we feel them.
We explore how symbolism, repetition, and shared experiences can transform team dynamics, storytelling, and even well-being.

Suggestion Engine

What if influence isn’t about what you say, but how you think while saying it?
Learn how suggestion, priming, and perception-shifting can be used ethically in communication, sales, leadership—and everyday moments that matter.

Who’s behind this?

Aaron Alexander

Author. Consultant. Architect of wonder.

Aaron Alexander is a Canadian thinker and creator whose work explores the psychology of ritual, perception, and influence. His approach blends art, science, and deep human experience to create genuine magical moments without trickery. His ideas have influenced top psychological and magical entertainers as well as therapists worldwide. His books, Reality as an Art and Bridge, are widely read in the psychological performing community and have inspired a new generation of performers and thinkers.

Outside of entertainment, Aaron has had a long career in mental health and restorative justice. His scientific research has involved understanding how the psychology of ritual could be understood to manage pain or create brief and scalable interventions for psychological distress. Both on and off the stage, Aaron's work introduces people to the wonder of the human mind, and how our mental superpowers can work both for and against us.

Now, for the first time, his work is live in Finland - through CTRL:MIND.

Jose Ahonen

Mentalist. Speaker. Author.

Jose Ahonen is one of Finland’s most recognized psychological entertainers, known for combining sharp insight with mystery, intelligence with curiosity. His work spans from keynote stages to theatre tours, from corporate events to international performances.

Jose’s contributions to the art of magic have been recognized by the Finnish Magic Circle with the country’s highest honors: the Timo Tuomivaara Memorial Award in 2019, followed by the prestigious Emeritus Reijo Salminen Trophy in both 2024 and 2025, a rare back-to-back achievement celebrating long-term excellence. Jose is also a member of the Psychic Entertainers Association, a global society of only 250 top-tier mentalists and psychological performers.

As an author, Jose has written three acclaimed books on deception, perception, and influence:

  • Yli luonnollisen (Beyond the Supernatural)

  • Ajattele kuin mentalisti (Think Like a Mentalist)

  • Huijauksen Anatomia (The Anatomy of Deception, co-authored with Pete Poskiparta)
